Total Refurbishment
"M J Builders arrived at the agreed time to quote for the works. After being awarded the contract they made several site visits before commencing work to ensure we both had a clear understanding of the proposed works. MJ Builders undertook total refurbishment works that included complete rewire, replacement radiators, replacement of skirtings and architraves, creation of an en-suite, forming openings in walls with new French doors, replacement doors throughout and reskimming of all walls and ceilings. Martin started on the date given and as agreed the project took approx. 3 months to complete. No issues with time keeping and I received daily reports. I moved out whilst works being carried out. As with all contracts of this nature there were variations along the way. Martin kept me fully appraised of any cost implications so there were no surprises when final account presented. The end product more than met my expectations. I would have no hesitation in using MJ Builders again in the future."
